DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA

West Beach Cottage is a lovely family self-catering cottage situated in the historic Fishertown Conservation area of Nairn. Located on the Moray Coast, Nairn is 15 miles east of Inverness, the capital of the Scottish Highlands.

Nairn is renowned for it's beautiful sandy beaches and sunny microclimate due to its sheltered position. Throughout the year it plays host to music and arts festivals, sporting events and the world famous Nairn Highland Games.

There are several shops, pubs and restaurants within the bustling town all within walking distance of West Beach Cottage. Only a short drive away you will find plentiful whisky distilleries, castles and golf courses. Cairngorms National Park and Loch Ness are also easily reached.

Nairn is an excellent highland holiday location to suit everyone. Whether you seek an active sporting holiday, family fun or just a relaxing break by the sea.
